Bryant (1805-1869) was a Kentucky newspaper editor in which he describes his overland journey to California, his account with the Donner Party. He eventually arrived in San Francisco and served with John C. Fremont. Light foxing on some pages. Some staining and bumping on covers, otherwise pages are clean and complete. Binding is tight.
