This rare embossed green cloth hardcover book with no dustjacket is in excellent condition with very little wear. The covers have minor wear around the edges and on the faces but look great. The spine is very tight with silver lettering and no wear. The pages look absolutely new, white and crisp and clear with no wear or marks except a line across the bottom edges of the pages. The illustrations are bright and colorful. The original european story has been retold and is a great story to read to kids. The book is a collector's item and is in collector's condition.
