ESIL is a North American firm whose goals are to develop and increase marketing skill's sets of key organizational people, through creating specific company learning programs and individual coaching sessions for the people. ESIL seeks to leverage the product or service marketing equity, of the people, of the products and for the shareholders.

Living in Toronto he has traveled in North America in business assignments, key note speaking and mentoring.

His unique business background includes working for Fortune 100 companies such a General Mills; Ralston Purina; and Hiram Walker. He has managed a variety of major brands including: Cheerios; Dog Chow; and Canadian Club, as well as participating in new product launches for Nature Valley Granola Bars; Private Label Cereals; Sugar Bay Rum and OmniPost Service. The service area of Canada Post Corporation, ISI Systems, Inc. and Teleglobe Insurance Inc., has also been recently covered. He has gained extensive hands-on experience in such business areas as Strategic Planning Cycles, Sales Promotion Development, Competitive Planning, Training Program Creation and New Product or Service Systems Development.

Mr. Rayfield was educated at Ryerson College, the Institute of Canadian Advertising and York University. His scholastic background is rounded out with a number of additional courses with the American Management Association in Marketing, Selling and General Management.

He is a Keynote Speaker in both National and International forums. Steve is a course leader for the American Management Association on four day seminars: "How to be a Successful Product Manager"; "Fundamentals of Marketing"; and a guest speaker in other CMC Marketing programs and General Management Unit III Marketing seminar and has trained over 1,000 people in his career.
