Description:

Self-Published, Wichita, KS. 1948. Softcover/paper covered heavy card wraps. Signed by author on FFFP. Book is tight, square and unmarked. Book Condition: Good+; wear at head and tip. Printed Wraps. Wraps are not bent or folded; spine does have a crease but is not split; no loose pages. Wear to the tail area from shelving. 281 pp. These sketches were printed weekly in Molly Warren Wilcox's Democrat, covering a period of more than two years 1928-1931. They are friendly gossip about certain people I cared for in a prairie town that grew to adulthood more than half a century ago. Their only claim is wistful sympathy for that early Wichita, now passed irrecoverably away. A clean presentable copy. Bookseller Inventory #
