About this Item
Forest landscape with a gnarled tree, a man resting on a boulder, and a second figure on the path in the background. Etching on hand laid paper, sheet size 136 x 114mm., platemark 94 x 94 mm., etching by Ferdinand Kobell (1740-1799), c. 1775. In excellent condition, some faint foxing in the left margin. A collection stamp on the verso (not in Lugt). Seller Inventory # 70103
