The first volume contains the first two Cantos (all that were written at that time) of Childe Harold's Pilgrimage, A Romaunt, and Other Poems, in the Sixth Edition of 1813. The second volume contains: The Giaour in the Twelfth Edition of 1814; The Bride of Abydos, Third Edition, 1813; The Corsair, 1814; Lara, Fourth Edition, 1814; Hebrew Melodies, N.D. [1814Ð15]. Byron was roaming the world at the time of this publication and it just preceded his ill-fated marriage of one year to Anne Milbanke. Wear to hinges which are starting. Marble boards abraded.
