In good condition. Finely bound in full original leather. Boards have light wear with minor rubbing to corners and edges. Spine dried and cracking at some areas. End bands crushed from use. Gilt finishing remains bright. Marbled end papers toned along edges… somewhat brittle. Text block lightly toned. Light offsetting from plate. Free of known markings. Binding tight and intact. Folding plate in good working order. Please see photos. A nicely bound collection of Burn s poetry and songs. Robert Burns (1759-1796), also known familiarly as Rabbie Burns, was a Scottish poet and lyricist. He is widely regarded as the national poet of Scotland and is celebrated worldwide.
