About this title

The year is 1200 AD, dark days indeed, when misbegotten crusades and a desperate Church have laid a pox over the land. Days when law is meted out by fast swords and well-regarded superstition. Days when only the treasure-seeker and cutthroat dare to venture underground, into places where even God has taken leave. Into the maelstrom a Twilighter shall lead. He is a professional illuminator, a creator of magnificent tools. He is a man who can transform any dark passage into the glow of twilight. But something is awaiting the Twilighter, something too ancient and powerful for human hands. It might enlighten the world or be a cog of the apocalypse. Time is ticking. Other agents are on the hunt. World history is at stake. Prepare to be taken Yonder.
