Vol. 2: Die zionistische Bewegung 1918 bis 1925, first edition in 1937. Contains table regarding the status of Jewish settlements in Palestine in the year 1914 including name of settlement, year founded, population, size of area, harvest yields, methods of cultivation, and type of cultivation. Bibliography and register at rear. Authoritative history of Zionism by the well respected Vienna merchant and manufacturer. Böhm was one of Martin Buber's collaborators while publishing the monthly cultural magazine "Der Jude" from 1916-1924. He resisted Adolf Eichmann's continuous efforts to generate a list of the most influential and wealthy Jews. Due to his poor health Böhm was first transferred to various sanatoriums and eventually to the extermination camp Hartheim where he was murdered in March of 1941.Text in German. USPS Media mail is typically $5 for a book of average weight. Priority mail varies, depending on whether USPS flat-rates are applicable and advantageous for the dimension, weight and distance.

International:
International First Class typically starts at $20. International Priority is typically $35 or less if under four pounds weight, and starts at $40 if over four pounds. International Express is a faster and more expensive option.
