We specialize in Interesting and Uncommon Books in Unusually Nice Condition and have a small, select stock with focus areas in signed books; modern first editions & poetry; economics; American history; scholarly books. Our grading standards are conservative and all defects are described. Photos are also an integral component of the description, and we attempt to include shots from multiple angles to provide a complete view of the book. We are members of the Independent Online Booksellers Association (IOBA), an international trade association founded in 1999 for the purpose of ensuring the preservation of traditional bookselling values in the face of rapid developments in the world of online bookselling. Returns Policy:
All books returnable in original condition for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us ahead of time so we can expect the package.
While we do not anticipate a problem, if the book is not to your satisfaction for any reason, we will refund your full purchase price, including shipping cost, and pay for the return postage. If you'd like to return the book for a reason other than dis-satisfaction, we will refund the purchase price of the book and ask you to incur the return postage cost.
Shipping Policy:
Domestic orders will be sent USPS media mail. Shipping is a flat fee of $6 for the first book and $1.75 for each additional book. Additional postage may be required for heavier items or for multiple volumes. Priority mail is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
International charges are at cost. If you are charged an incorrect amount at time of purchase, we will adjust the charge.

- If additional postage is due, we will notify you for before shipping out your book
Shipping terms
Books will typically be sent within 2-3 days of receiving your order. All books are sent media mail within the US. Priority shipping is available -- please contact us for details.
Because condition is so important to us, we take extreme care to ensure that your order arrives in the same condition as sent. Each item will be wrapped in multiple layers of protection and we always ship in a new cardboard box.
