We are acornbooks in Kalamazoo, Michigan (formerly acornbooks northwest in Portland, Oregon) and are an internet-only store and not open to the public. Our specialties are Modern First Editions, Signed Books, and Authors' First Books in a variety of genre, plus some Art, Architecture & Photography, Children's, and other Miscellaneous. In our inventory, First Edition refers to "First Edition, First Printing". Over 70% of the books in our inventory are First Edition, First Printings, and over 60% of our books are Signed, either by the author, the illustrator, the editor, or a contributor. Shipping Terms
Shipping: Within the U. S. - Priority Mail is $17.00 for 1st book in an order shipment,
thereafter $5.00/book in same shipment.
Within the U. S. - Media Mail (Book Rate) is $4.00 for 1st book in an order shipment,
thereafter $1.50/book in same shipment.
Heavy books & International shipments will require extra postage.
Orders usually ship within 1 - 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on
books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we
will contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
