Original 6 pp. sheet music with front cover photograph of Larmon P. Pruyn, traveling agent for the Mound City Paint & Color Co and the bold lettering "The Mount City Paint--is the Paint To Buy". Inside front cover and rea cover is adverts for other music published by Harrington & Pitney. The inside sheet has the music and lyrics to "Mound City Paint" ("The Mound City Paint is the paint to buy/ You can paint the earth just as well as the sky. "Tis good for a church, just as nice for the steeple. It's the paint for the world withits millions of people"--there are 6 verses of this little ditty). Mostly clean and bright, front cover a touch ragged at the lower edge and with a small chip on the outer margin of the interior and rear pages.
