your order hasn't arrived, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are based weights and we use international postal services, with tracking (and signature, when available). Insurance fees are additional, and if you would prefer that we use an alternative carrier, like UPS or FedEx, please let us know at time of purchase and we will estimate shipping costs with those carriers.
