Large chromolithograph 33x23cm. Excellent condition. 'Amongst the attractions of the Japanese-British Exhibition at Shepherd's Bush is the Japanese Wrestling Hall, where a troupe of some forty famous wrestlers - never before allowed to leave Japan - give an exhibition of the art of Sumo. In this wrestling competition eight or ten men take their places on either side of the dais. The one who first throws five men in succession is declared the winner'.
