Antique Master Print, untitled. View of a river with fishermen/anglers, a sailing boat and a ferry. Etching on hand laid paper. Description: Source unknown, to be determined.Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Hendrik Spilman' after 'Pieter Molijn'. Hendrik Spilman (Dutch 1721-1784): engraver and designer of mostly town and city views. Pieter Molijn (1595-1661) was a pupil of Esaias vna de Velde. He was the tutor of many dutch painters and specialised in landscapes. Condition: Very good, given age. A small, faint stain in the top edge of the image, and one in the right edge of the image. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully. Storage location: TPCLA-C15-43 The overall size is ca. 5.8 x 8.4 inch. The image size is ca. 5.4 x 7.9 inch. The overall size is ca. 14.8 x 21.4 cm. The image size is ca. 13.8 x 20 cm.
