Description: This original old antique print / plate / view originates from: 'Vues Classiques de la Suisse.', published by R. Lebrasseur, Paris, 1838.Artists and Engravers: The plates are engraved by Henry Winkles (1801-1860) and others after the designs by G. Ad. Muller. Accompanying text by Pae Henri Zschokke, translated into French by E. Haag. Henry Winkles was an English printer, artist and engraver. Condition: Excellent. General age related toning, light shop soiling and light foxing as visible on the scan. Storage location: C35-16 The overall size is ca. 9.3 x 5.7 inch. The image size is ca. 5.9 x 4.5 inch. The overall size is ca. 23.5 x 14.5 cm. The image size is ca. 15 x 11.5 cm.
