Steel engraving on wove paper. Description: After a photograph, for the "Allgemeinen Moden-Zeitung".Artists and Engravers: Made by 'August Weger' after an anonymous artist. August Weger (1823-1892) worked in Leipzig, specialising in steelengravings. Condition: Good, given age. Ample margins, with an old annotation verso. Lightly discoloured and with some faint foxing. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully. Storage location: TPCLA-C23-16 The overall size is ca. 7.7 x 10.8 inch.
