Colour lithograph / chromolithograph on a velin type paper after a painting. Description: This original print originates from an unknown book, published by Paul Kittel (Berlin). The plate was printed by Otto Schafer.Artists and Engravers: St�wer, Willy (1864�1931): a German artist, illustrator, author and professor during the Imperial Period. He is best known for nautical paintings and lithographs. Many of his works depict historical maritime events such as the sinking of the RMS Titanic in 1912.
