De handtekening van Tjerk Bottema is rechts onder te vinden.Met arbeiders en SDAP-leden als doelgroep vulde De Notenkraker tussen 1907 en 1936 het dagblad Het Volk aan met vele originele spotprenten. Deze prent is bijna honderd jaar oud.
