This engraved map is from Robert Morden's "Geography Rectified: or, a Description of the World, in all its Kingdoms, Provinces, Countries, Islands, Cities, Towns, Seas, Rivers, Bays, Capes, Ports; Their Ancient and Present Names, Inhabitants, Situations, Histories, Customs, Governments.&c As also their Commodities, Coins, Weights, and Measures , Compared to those in London". The work was published in London in 1700 for Robert Morden & T. Cockerill. This is the fourth and enlarged edition of the atlas. --- The work is in good to excellent condition overall. There is some faint to light toning or browning of the paper throughout, overall pleasing. There may be a few minor marks or imperfections to be expected with age.
