Original vintage Soviet cinema poster for Patriot / � а� � � о� , an adventure film released in December 1939 about children and their patriotism for the Red Army and the Soviet Union motherland following a boy who wants to replace his fallen brother as a border guard in the city of Khabarovsk in the Soviet Far East on the Amur river, directed by Andrei Apsolon and Yan Frid and starring Andrei Apsolon, Olga Avericheva and Yuri Bychkov. Dynamic design featuring a smiling man in uniform and a boy with a steam train travelling over the earth in the background towards Khabarovsk with the sun beaming from the background reflecting on the clouds and a plane flying overhead. Horizontal. Fair condition, cut along margins, restored paper, backed on linen. Size: 92.5x66.5cm.
