3 Antique prints, untitled. Three small devotional / holy pictures concerning a Holy cross in Wyck, near Maastricht. This is also known as the Black Christ ('Zwarte Christus van Wyck'). Engravings & lithograph, contemporary colouring on vellum, hand laid & wove paper. Description: The lithograph is published by G. Tripels in Maastricht.Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Joannes van de Sande (For the hand coloured engraving on vellum.)' after an anonymous artist. The handcoloured engraving on vellum by Joannes van de Sande (1600-ca. 1670) who worked in Antwerp as a professional engraver. The engraving on hand laid paper by J.C. Craen. The lithograph on wove paper by G. Tripels. Condition: Good, given age. Small margisn, traces of use. A pinhole in the top margin of one of the sheets.
