Kim Box

KIM BOX is an inspirational leader, writer and speaker who has 29 years of experience in the high-tech industry leading and transforming large-scale organizations. As a global executive, she has led the transformation of complex operations with over 10,000 employees and across more than 100 locations around the world.

After a long and rewarding career as an IT executive, Kim decided she was ready for a change. She had the desire to share her passion about leadership focused on diversity and authenticity. She left her corporate career and embarked on writing Woven Leadership with the intention to inspire both aspiring and experienced leaders to look at diversity as a competitive imperative.

She wrote the book, Woven Leadership, to fulfill this goal and is now speaking at events and forums.

Kim has also published a cookbook, Salad Inspiration, which is a collection of salad recipes influenced from her travels around the world.

Kim also has a passion for community service and currently serves on three non-profit Board of Directors. Kim is a Senior Fellow in the American Leadership Forum. And in her spare time is an aspiring triathlete who loves to swim, bike, run!

Kim lives in Granite Bay, California with her family.
