Hardcover. Condition: Very Good-. Trade Edition. B&W Illustrations; This is a two volume set. The books are in Very Good- condition and were possibly issued without a dust jacket. The book covers have noticeable edge wear, bumping and rubbing. The spine on Volume two has tearing to the cloth on the spine (but not the spine itself) which has been repaired. The text pages are mostly clean and bright. The front spine joints have been repaired. "The world has fully recognized the fact that life's jostle and jar must of necessity be lessened if daily living is to be easy and pleasant.
