Moderate rubbing to edges and corners; two chips to rear panel. Minor wear to edges of text block with damp staining to top edge only. Small stains along top edge of the last 35 or so pages and bottom left corner of the first three pages. Title page has some scuffing. A newspaper article about the book is included. Interior of book is in very good condition, but because of the split hinges, it is listed as in acceptable condition. 4to, 1007 pages, 5.9 lb.; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 1007 pages.
