Nameplate fep. Pencil name ffep. 213 pages. DJ is tattered with large part of spine missing. Tape repairs, closed tears, and staining. Protected from further damage in clear plastic jacket. James, a rake of a cat, and his timid brother MacArthur, are dissatisfied with their home - they feel they are not cared for as a cat deserves and the servants don't treat them with proper reference. So, out into the world they go, leaving their comfortable world behind. Full of unpredictable charm and wisdom, a sense of humor, and a sense of the 'fitness' of things.
