Concerning the 19th c. engraver, Thomas Bewick, and his illustrations for the stories from Aesop's Fables. Contains numerous black and white illustrations and new impressions from the original blocks of Bewick's wood engraving for "The Boys and the Frogs" fable. This is a limited edition of 518 copies. Binding good and tight. Pages clean and square. Since this is an oversized book, extra shipping will be required for international or priority shipping.
