Quarto. 93, [1]pp. Original pictorial dustjacket, with full page b/w photograph of Braque at rear over illustrated brown cloth with decorative brown lettering to front and spine. 16-page booklet translated by Frechtman laid in. Delightful illustrated ideas, 92 pen and ink drawings, about art and life by the renowned French master. Dj browned with wear and some discoloration along edges. Moderate chips at top of spine and lower front left corner, creasing and sporadic chipping along edges. Binding with light wear along edges, a one inch closed tear at upper front and back joint and a two inch closed tear to lower front joint. Dj in overall fair, binding in good, interior in good+ condition.
