Published by Engineering Anomalies Research Laboratory, Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, 1988
Seller: BOOKHOME SYDNEY, Annandale Sydney, NSW, Australia
Paperback large quarto, good plus condition, card cover (with peephole), typewritten text (one side of page only), figures (graphs), tables, single full-page black & white text-photo, front cover little torn (transparent archival tape repairs), edges & covers foxed, some edgewear. 48 pp. A technical report from PEAR (Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Lab). Experiments with a Random Mechanical Cascade (RMC) apparatus yielded anomalous results correlated with pre-stated intentions of human operators. The 25 operators attempted to shift the baseline distributions to the right or left, relative to a concurrent control baseline distribution. Six operators achieved shifts either to the right or left (four of them in both both directions). In addition, a few trials included multiple operators, or remote operators. There is a photo of the RMC apparatus. Includes two appendices of data tables. (A stated supplement containing a more complete data analysis, is listed as a separate record.).

A summary of 300 remote viewing studies, mostly in precognitive mode, covering a range of geographic separations of viewer from the target, and a range of time displacements, both precognitive and retrocognitive. Reports a robust and significant anomalous effect when matched with 42,000 mismatched permutations of targets and perceptions. Consists of 23 pages of text, plus four Appendices: (A) List of descriptive questions. (B) Sample descriptor check-sheet (C) Descriptor effectiveness, (D) Sample target data, descriptions and transcripts (50 pages). Reference list.

Seller: BOOKHOME SYDNEY, Annandale Sydney, NSW, Australia
Paperback thick large quarto, very good condition, card cover (with peephole), typewritten text (one side of page only), many figures (graphs) & tables, minor foxing edges, minor edgewear. Heavy, and extra postage may be requested to destinations outside Australia. 159 pp. This PEAR Technical Note (Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Lab) reports on data analysis of a huge database of 500,000 trials involving 22 operators and 61 experimental series. The apparatus was a Random Event Generator (REG), and the operators attempted to shift the distribution of microelectronic pulses either in a higher direction (psychokinesis, PK+) or low direction (PK-), compared to a stable baseline condition. Although individual shifts were tiny, overall the shifts were highly statistically significant. Characteristic 'signatures' for individual operators were noted. Theoertical implications are discussed.
