No Binding. Condition: Very Good. Henry CAVE (illustrator). A splendid original antique hand coloured view . . Mounted - matted - and ready to frame . Colouring not contemporary but delicately and expertly executed . Very good condition and rather unusual. Shows the interior of St William's Chapel at York by Henry Cave 1780-1836 who was a York artist and engraver. St. William's chapel stood on the old bridge over the River Ouse. This view shows St. William's Chapel being demolished when the bridge was taken down in 1810.
