Condition: Good. Four 17 cm b&w cartoons, the pieces sent to newpspaers and magazines to reproduce. Some soiling, probably glue residue. Elmer Simms Campbell (1906-71) was an African-American commercial artist published in national magazines like Esquire, for whom he created the "Esky" mascot. But he was also the creator of these "Cuties," syndicated by King Features to more than 145 newspapers.
