Map endpapers; 18 black and white photographic plates; 20 fold-out maps (all plates and maps are present); with 5 Appendices. Cover is a little bumped and rubbed at the extremities, and also has light soiling to the rear board; f.f.e. has a small label beneath the map, and innocuous ink writing above it; page-edges slightly age-browned, but contents otherwise clean and unmarked; the binding is sound. Not ex-library.
