Pamphlet. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. 2 issues, all published, of this literary parody. Both 16pp. Scarce. Mainly the work of Arthur Clement Hilton. The first issue undated. They were reprinted by Metcalfe in 1890 but even those are uncommon. Issue 1 has creasing to front cover, a rusting staple hole where a newspaper cutting (still present) was attached. A large tear down the spine hinge and extending across to the bordered area (see images). Some old pencil notes at top relating to the authorship. Internally some spots of foxing. Issue 2 has some very light wear to spine as well as some spots of foxing to edges of some pages. Otherwise in nice condition. The parodies include The Bills by Edgar Allan Toe and Ding Dong by Rosina Christetti.
