Coon, who was the previous owner of this offprint but (uncharacteristically) did not sign his name in it; top corner of the first page has a stamp indicating that this volume was not accessioned by a Harvard University library; volume has top corner creasing; wrappers have foxing and soil; tight, text clean. Paginated [223]-260, with 12 text figures and 15 leaves of plates. Oversize [b 725].
