Stapled wraps. Condition: Very Good+. 1st Edition; 1st Printing. This is a smaller than trade sized booklet. The book is in Very Good+ condition and was issued without a dust jacket. The book has figured cardstock covers and a stapled spine. There is some very light bumping to the spine ends and book covers. The text pages are clean and bright. There is an ink stamped author's name and address on the reverse of the title page. All we know about Walter B. Dillon is from his introduction - he tried to have this story (and others) by magazines and pulps, with no success, so he self-published. Other than that, Walter B. Dillon was a member of the U. S. Forest Service and his home was in El Paso, Tx. The story is a tale of ships and sailing on a schooner he and a mate have renovated around the time of World War II.
