This is a solid but extremely soiled copy. The covers and spine are very soiled and there is writing on the back board. The covers and spine have edge wear and are rubbed. The page edges are soiled, there is soiling to the end papers and there is a dampstain around the edges of the back pastedown and on the last couple of pages. The ffe is foxed and there is varying degrees of foxing and soiling throughout the book. The forward bottom corner on page 35/36 is torn off. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.

Both front and back hinges are intact but paper is splitting. Front fly bottom corner has fold . Sound and unmarked. Some Sunning to spine with light fading of print. I would grade higher but for the paper splits.
