No Binding. Condition: Near Fine. Gelatin silver print, the negative probably 1963, the print vintage. Image 13-1/4 x 10-1/4 in., unmounted. Stamped on the verso with the LIFE Magazine archive stamp dated 1-14-63. In near fine condition, a few small nicks along the edges, penciled archival notations on the verso. A near variant of this image, the subject posing outdoors in a jacket over the same soft-collar shirt and V-neck sweater, appears with the Editor's Note signed by George P. Hunt in LIFE Magazine for May 31, 1963 (vol. 54, no. 33, p. 3). Provenance: Estate of Gordon Parks.
