Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Revised Edition'. Actual edition and printing not known. In quite good dark red cloth boards, gilt titles and small decoration to front and back strip. The covers are a little loose and have collapsed hollow; unmarked and with edge-wear. Slightly tanned free end papers; name on front free end paper. Lightly tanned cut edges. The text block is fairly tight and clean, and with b/w photos and 6 two tone and three tone maps. Very good condition. Not annotated. Overall condition is good plus. No jacket.
