The copy offered is inscribed and signed by the author to the front free end paper. Previous owner name in blue ink to front paste down under flap fold and a post card pasted in at p 129 of the pulpit in the church has a note in the same hand underneath - Pulpit carved by grandfather- Louis Wyatt. Additionally there is a typewritten copy of notes made Dec 1939 of finds made by Eardley confirming his belief of a connection between two cottages in Church Lane and the Old Marie de Bradehurst (Broadhurst) Chapel at the Parish Church. This would have been too late for inclusion in the book, a printed two page note of a visit made by him by cycle in June 1939 to Rouen and Caen, 6 post cards and two colour photographs of St Giles Church which together form an interesting collection of associated material relating to the parish and the Wyatt's estates. VG/Good (Book - mild shelf wear and fading to cloth at extremities, previous owner name as above and top margin of front free end paper cut out. Author insc. and signature under, post card pasted in as above + evidence that some of the postcards were similarly pasted into the book at subsequent pages with further ink notes pertaining.
