Illustrated Green Cloth. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. The front cover especially, a bit on the spine and a little area on the back has near white unexplainabe spotting. There dose not to any pattern to it. There is no mustiness. The gilt stamping on the spine and cover is bright. The front endpaper has three names on it. The first is a single line in ink. The second has three lines, name, address, and date in ink. The third has two lines in pencil, nmae and date, The paper has toned some. The book is both very tight and clean. Laid in loose is a newspaper clipping fron the St. Paul Dipatch, dated Jan. 22, 1902 about Judge Flandrau's legal career. 408 pages. Books are normally mailed within 24 hours.
