Number 60 of 550 copies, 525 of which were printed for sale. With a portrait frontispiece, and plates throughout. Marjorie Fleming (15 January 1803 19 December 1811) was a Scottish child writer and poet. In a brown cloth binding with gilt title detailing to the front board and spine, with an unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, excellent with just minor shelfwear only; slight bumping to the extremities. The dust wrapper has been preserved in a plastic wrapping and is in lovely condition, with only a few marks. Internally, the binding is a little strained in places. The pages are bright and clean, with light spotting to the fore-edge. Three plates appear to have been removed. Very Good Indeed. book.
