The top edge of the text blocks is slightly foxed. Small discoloration at the top right-hand corner of the title page, and a couple of pages accidentally dogeared is the extent of damage to the book itself. The dust jacket is rubbed and chipped, and the fold over corners, and the head and tail of the back strip, with the longest tear are being approximately 0 .5 ". Debbie Endicott was only a child when her family left Scrooby, England, to seek a new home and religious freedom in Holland.
