Very minor wear to extremities with nothing rubbed through, some very minor evidence of moisture damage (top right corner of front cover, lower corner of front free endpaper, leading edge of rear cover) else very good to near fine with no internal markings. Dust jacket spine sunned, back panel dampstained, else very good and not price-clipped. Rear panel of dust jacket has a large black and white photo of Henderson in his study. Born in Minnesota in 1913, James Leal (Jimmy) Henderson grew up in California and was a journalist, copy writer, gag writer and the author of one other novel, CARGO OF FEAR.
