Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. No Jacket. Limited Edition. Special sale through Valentine's Day! $500 off, plus a special bonus: an additional framed copy of serigraph #7, "War Dancer" by Jack Hokeah. Special Edition, this copy #193 of a limited 750. Folio-size reprint of the 1929 original. Dark brown leather board portfolio, quarter-bound in cloth with a full-color serigraph pastedown on the front cover, silk ties, containing the full set of 30 serigraphs by Tsatoke, Mopope, Hokeah, Asah, and Smokey, and a softcover booklet containing an introductory essay to this edition by Jamake Highwater, and the introduction to the 1929 exhibition by Oscar Brousse Jacobson. There is a scratch on the front cover illustration (illustration duplicated in portfolio) and another edge nick, very light corner wear, and very slight creasing to the portfolio folder edge. There are also a couple of small, faint stains on the softcover booklet's limitation page, but all 30 serigraphs are pristine. A spectacular portfolio of early Kiowa art, the original of which set the standard for subsequent portfolios of Native American artists. Signed by Author(s).
