Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Burgundy cloth covers exhibit light bumping and wear on corners and spine ends. Spine is slightly cocked. Previous owners name on ffep. Maps on inside front and back covers are clean and unmarked. One page is dog eared otherwise text is clean and unmarked. Hinges are tight. Light yellowing and soiling to page ends. Illustrated dj has small tears and creasing on edges, corners and spine ends. Light shelf wear to covers. This story is based on the life of Gurdon S. Hubbard one of Chicago's greatest pioneers. He was a fur trader and adventurer. All of our books are individually inspected and described. Never ex-lib unless explicitly described as such.
