RARE final report of the excavations of the large fortress of Horvat 'Uza, which was originally built in the Iron Age and re-used with modifications in the Hellenistic and Roman periods, and the smaller frontier outpost of Horvat Radum, which was abandoned at the end of the Iron Age. The results of the excavation of part of a newly-discovered Iron Age settlement (no. 24) are also presented.
