Condition: Good. 1942. 64 pages. Beige pictorial dust jacket over red cloth. Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with light foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. The unclipped dust jacket has heavy edge wear, with tears, chips and areas of loss. Light tanning to spine and edges.

This group includes two books by Arizona photojournalist Max Kegley - Loot of a Desert Rat (1938, signed) and Rodeo (1942) - and three mounted b/w photographs - Palo Verde, Ocotilla, and Desert Majesty [saguaros], titled and signed by the photographer. Kegley lived in Mesa and published his photographs in a variety of places including Arizona Highways and his photographs were apparently the first color ones published there in 1940.
