Contains list of all board members, sabbath school teachers, and 6 page table detailing all paying seatholders and members of the congregation. With charts of expenditures for the year, and various news items concerning developments at the Congregation. The Melbourne Hebrew Congregation was established in 1847 at Bourke St. The Rabbi of the Congregation at the time of this annual report was Rabbi Israel Brodie, who served the Melbourne Hebrew congregation from 1923-1937, and served as Chief Rabbi of Great Britain and the Commonwealth in the post war era.
