Both days were organised by the Trent Bookshop, Nottingham (home of Tarasque Press). Features poem by Ian Hamilton Finlay which was also published in Extra Verse,1965. The poem effectively explains that Finlay can not make the event (in fact due to agrophobia). The poem is also seen in Ian Hamilton Finlay Selections, ed. Alec Finlay p.132 (last poem featured in Early Writings section). Rare. Condition: fine.

Tribute to Alan Hancox ( Former director Cheltenham Literature Festival and bookseller) in a limited run of 350 copies, 50 copies of which were in this binding with 2 proofs of the title-page wood engravings signed in pencil by Macgregor held in a pocket on inside rear board and numbered. This copy is as described but is not numbered. Instead the handwritten words 'contributor's copy' is entered where the copy number would be. From the private library of the late Adrian Mitchell, one of the contributors. The page opposite title page features his signature together with those of the other 18 contributors. Front board bumped at top corner but otherwise as new. Size: 11.5 x 8 Inches. Signed by Author(s).
