Two title pages, one in French, one in Hebrew. Historic work, summarizing the responsa of the Rabbinical Leadership of France (Ashkenaz) and North Africa (Sepharad/ Edot ha-Mizrah) to questions of Jewish Law (Halacha). Head of spine slightly chipped. Tail of spine rubbed. Corners bumped and worn. Minor abrasions to boards. Minor age wear to binding, with some age discoloration on margins not affecting text. Browning throughout. In Hebrew. Binding and interior in very good condition. Bet Eked V.4 p.1135,item# 2109. Mixed edition: Vol. 1 is a true first, vol. 2 is a later edition.
